Repost for the evening crowd. On Kodak Gold 200, from the lovely Minolta Hi-Matic AF2.
The last three are back on the mainland, taken while running the Raider around trying to figure out if it has a cracked head or something.

I’ve been meaning to get more use out of my Maxxum 7000. Bought it a while back as a bundle with some A glass.

From what I’ve read, they have slow and noisy AF, but that doesn’t stop them from taking excellent photos

I miss BC. Hopefully I'll get some time off in the winter to go.

Once again great shots! Kodak Gold 200 sometimes yields some extremely great shots

It’s not that nice in the winter, but I guess it’s nicer than Sask in the winter

Thanks! It’s not as consistently lovely as Ektar, but 3 rolls of Gold costs the same as 1 roll of Ektar. Definitely my go-to budget film over Superia 200

What looks like a bit of coolant under be oil cap after it’s cooled down. I changed the oil, and there was definitely coolant in it, but that could’ve been from when I installed the Weber and some coolant got in the intake. It also sometimes loses coolant, but I can’t see a leak anywhere. Now there’s still a bit under the oil cap, and I refilled the coolant, and then after I drove it on Sunday, the coolant was over full. It also gets sluggish when g ood and hot after driving for a while, but that could be the carb heatsoaking. Unrelated, but I also think I have an intermittent oil leak that’s winding up on in the clutch.

Your posts make me think about how I don’t slow my life down and just go use all my cameras that sit and collect dust.

I’d definitely recommend it. Even just some cheap film and going for a walk with the camera that requires the least thinking, that’s often what I do.
